DESKRIPSI UNIT : Unit ini menjelaskan penerapan prinsip kesehatan, dan keselamatan kerja di lingkungan kerja berdasarkan prosedur pertolongan pertama yang efektif dan efisien.

ELEMEN KOMPETENSI & KRITERIA UNJUK KERJA

01. Menerapkan tertib kerja berdasarkan peraturan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja

1.1 Kebijakan dan prosedur kerja dilaksanakan untuk keamanan dan keselamatan dalam bekerja.

02 Menyediakan lingkungan tenang dan nyaman bagi pelanggan

2.1 Ruangan pelanggan ditata agar tersedia lingkungan yang nyaman dan aman.

2.2 Pelanggan difasilitasi agar merasa puas terhadap pelayanan.

03. Menyiapkan dan memelihara area kerja

3.1 Lingkungan kerja dipelihara dengan aman rapi dan sesuai prosedur kerja Spa.

3.2 Semua perabot ditata dengan prinsip aman, efektif dan efisien dalam penggunaan ruang, dan nyaman bagi pelanggan.

3.3 Tempat sampah disiapkan sesuai peraturan kesehatan umum.

3.4 Lenna dicuci dan dibersihkan dari kuman menurut peraturan kesehatan umum dan kebijakan Spa.

04 Memeriksa dan memelihara peralatan dan perlengkapan kerja

4.1 Peralatan dan perlengkapan kerja disiapkan sesuai prinsip sanitasi hygiene untuk keperluan pelayanan pada pelanggan.

4.2 Peralatan dan perlengkapan kerja dikontrol dan diperiksa untuk proses kebutuhan perawatan secara regular.

4.3 Perabot dan peralatan Spa disimpan secara aman pada tempat yang sesuai dengan peraturan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja.
